5 out of 5 starsThese little gnomes are adorable! I will treasure them in my collection! I wanted you to know they arrived on Friday, December 16th, well packed. When I opened them up and took out the snow gnome and Christmas gnome, their hats fell off. No, problem! I glued them right back on. For some reason, the very tip of the snow gnome broke off but glue put it right back in place. They were packed excellently. I just wanted you to know so this info can help you. I honestly could not figure why the tip on the snow gnome broke. It was nestled deep in all the paper. Thank you for sharing your talents! Hope you have a Blessed Christmas! Shipping
Items will only be shipped to the address showing as delivery address on Etsy/Paypal - I will not ship to an alternative address.

UK purchases are sent via 2nd class or 1st class mail

International orders are sent by standard airmail (non-tracked)
Large international orders will need to be sent by courier and prices for this can be quoted on request
Shipping times are not guaranteed as this is out of my hands once they leave me
Items are not considered lost in the post within the UK until 10 working days have passed and 5 weeks for all international parcels. Until this time has elapsed on a missing item, I am unable to replace or refund it.
ALL import duty (brokerage fees) that may be incurred are payable by the customer. If free shipping is offered - this DOES NOT cover the taxes due for importing goods.

I offer a range of different styles but am always happy to discuss custom orders.
All gnomes have needlefelted wool noses and the component parts are hand stitched together
All gnomes are weighted for stability - I use gravel or plastic toy pellets depending on the size and fabric of the gnome
Gnomes are shipped in boxes which are wrapped in polythene bags for protection
All photographs are my own copyright and may not be commercially used without my express permission.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk purchases?
Sorry but I don't offer wholesale or bulk...there is only me sewing and I simply can't produce on a large scale
I'd like to order multiple items...do you offer a discount?
No sorry I don't offer volume discounts as all of my items are labour intensive to make and made with the same care and attention to detail
My parcel hasn't arrived yet, do you have a tracking number?
most items are sent either Royal Mail 1st class or Standard Airmail. Neither service is tracked - adding tracking is pretty expensive service in the UK so I don't use this in order to keep costs down for customers.
However I do sometimes add tracking to large orders and those sent by courier also have tracking. If your order was sent using a tracked service you will have received the details on your dispatch notice.
